Oh the sweeteness of Miser Kolton! Seriously, it doesn’t get any more smiley than this! He is the sweetest ever :)
      Yesterday my sister threw us a sweet little baby sprinkle to help prepare for baby. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day, beautiful weather, beautiful family…..beautiful memories. I have give credit to my sister, she took most of these photos :) Thank you so much Taylor for everything, we love you <3
These days, the fact that my sweet baby boy will no longer be the baby of the house is hitting me hard. With the chaos from the moment we found out we were expecting (right after Thanksgiving) to now, has simply been chaos. From Christmas what we call our “birthday season”, Easter, vacation, and Summer quickly approaching….I don’t think I’ve had the time to sit and think about the changes coming up. Now that things have FINALLY settled down, I’m realizing that baby makes five in just two short months :) I think that Kade will follow in his big brother’s footsteps and be an awesome big brother. We are all so excited for July 25th!
I have suddenly come to the realization that I have slacked MAJOR on photographing and documenting the life of my boys. While I know I can’t turn back time and get those moments back to have my camera in hand, the least I could do is make it my top priority to try to capture the special moments of my boys’ lives. It’s the moments like these that are so simple and sweet that a lot of us take for granted. Kade and I had some quiet mommy and me time this afternoon that consisted of a giant sketch pad and some crayons. These days, Kade DOES NOT like the camera….one bit! These sweet detail shots of my little man in his element is plenty for me to remember him on this afternoon we shared together :)
Who could ask for a more perfect Sunday?! A day spent with great family, great friends, and great food ended with a relaxing evening with Kade and ”the” bubble machine (best investment EVER!!)
Seriously people, this is one gorgeous momma! I couldn’t have asked for more with this session, amazing clients….gorgeous weather…..beautiful location. This session had it all.
